Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company culture in all employee interactions, promoting an inclusive and inviting work environment.
  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with leadership and teams to drive HR initiatives and provide consultative support.
  • Execute HR plans and processes, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Manage workers' compensation needs, ensuring compliance and effective case management.
  • Administer HR programs, including recruitment, talent acquisition, employee counseling, and benefits administration.
  • Provide training and support to employees and managers on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant records management, including timely and accurate HRIS/HCM data entry.
  • Assist with reporting and regulatory compliance for assigned HR programs.
  • Respond to employment-related requests, including unemployment claims and employment verifications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience, with strong working knowledge of HR disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data interfaces.
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and build trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to interact and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
