Job Summary

LotSolutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to assigned business units, leading in organizational design, assessment, and selection of candidates, and developing performance improvement measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner, providing general Human Resources support to assigned business units.
  • Partner with management and recruiting to develop and execute strategic recruitment procedures.
  • Conduct job evaluations, needs assessments, and participate in strategic planning to develop competency models.
  • Partner in the development and delivery of training in leadership development, process improvement, and industry-specific skills.
  • Consult with business units to ensure compensation programs best suit their competitive environment.
  • Support new employee orientation training and Intranet communication initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in HR or related field required.
  • 3-5 years experience with proven track record of success in a generalist function.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices, employment regulations, compensation design, and related laws.
  • Sound business judgment, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer and quality focus.
