Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support our HR Team and business in maintaining HR data integrity, managing onboarding of new employees, and addressing employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within our HRIS system.
  • Lead new hire onboarding tasks, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Process terminations in our HRIS system, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support in leave administration, garnishments, and worker compensation.
  • Occasionally provide back-up support to the front desk receptionist.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, with experience in Paylocity being a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
