Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

At Sysco, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the daily operational and administrative activities of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll administration, including processing bi-weekly payroll for all US IFG locations
  • Handling employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies
  • Tracking and compiling various HR data, including attendance, paid time off, and weekly hours
  • Assisting new hires with HR-related processes, such as Workday and time clock punching
  • Assisting with various other HR administrative duties and projects
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience working in an office environment required; 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, including payroll, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, and knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred
