Descripción del Trabajo
Actualmente, estamos en busca de una persona amigable y confiable para apoyar a nuestra división de ventas en la entrega de un excelente servicio al cliente. Como Automotive Lot Coordinator, ayudarás a nuestro equipo de ventas a garantizar un servicio al cliente fluido para aquellos que adquieren vehículos. Las responsabilidades incluyen mover vehículos de clientes según sea necesario, mantener los vehículos limpios y sin daños, y ayudar con las tareas de limpieza dentro de las áreas del lote.
El candidato ideal debe poseer una licencia de conducir sin restricciones y un historial de conducción limpio, mantener una actitud positiva y una apariencia profesional, y exhibir habilidades de comunicación sólidas. Los candidatos deben estar dispuestos a trabajar en diversas condiciones ambientales y ser capaces de conducir vehículos tanto automáticos como de transmisión manual.

Responsabilidades
- Mueve y organiza vehículos para mantener una exhibición ordenada, apoyando las actividades de venta de vehículos.
- Transporta vehículos a varios sitios según sea necesario.
- Monitorea el combustible, la presión de los neumáticos y la condición general del vehículo; añade combustible o aire según sea necesario, y organiza cualquier corrección requerida.
- Mantiene la limpieza del lote, libre de escombros y maleza.
- Asegura que los vehículos en el showroom y en exhibición estén limpios y presentados adecuadamente.
- Ayuda en la remoción de nieve y en la limpieza de vehículos durante el invierno.
- Prepara los vehículos vendidos para su entrega.
- Prioriza la preparación de vehículos para entrega o lavado según su apariencia general.
- Organiza y mantiene las llaves de los vehículos de manera segura.
- Asegura que todos los vehículos tengan las etiquetas, adhesivos, etc. necesarios.
- Realiza tareas asignadas según sea necesario.
