Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to understand their vehicle repair needs and provide personalized service and support.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Provide accurate and transparent estimates to customers, including detailed explanations of the repair process and costs.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure that their needs are met throughout the repair process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service advisor or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
