Position Overview

We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable individual to assist our sales division in delivering outstanding customer service. As a Vehicle Operations Specialist, you will support our sales team in ensuring smooth customer interactions for those purchasing vehicles. Key responsibilities include relocating customer vehicles as needed, maintaining vehicles in pristine condition, and assisting with cleanliness in the lot areas.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, maintain a positive demeanor and professional appearance, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Candidates must be adaptable to various environmental conditions and capable of driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes and arranges vehicles to maintain an orderly display, supporting vehicle sales activities.
  • Drives vehicles to various locations as necessary.
  • Monitors fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition; adds fuel or air as needed, and coordinates any required maintenance.
  • Ensures the lot is clean and free of debris and weeds.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of showroom and display vehicles.
  • Assists in snow removal and vehicle clearing during winter conditions.
  • Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Prioritizes vehicle preparation for delivery or washing based on overall appearance.
  • Organizes and secures vehicle keys.
  • Ensures all vehicles have necessary tags, stickers, etc.
  • Performs assigned tasks as needed.
