Position Summary
The Onboarding Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating a smooth transition for new hires into the organization. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of talent acquisition operations and ensuring an efficient onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Oversee job postings to guarantee that all vacancies are accurately represented.
- Authorize requisitions while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Develop workflows to enhance the recruitment process.
- Grant access in the HRIS for new recruiters, equipping them with essential tools.
- Assist hiring managers in creating requisitions, offering support as necessary.
- Manage new hire position allocations to keep precise records.
- Refine job templates to remove duplicates and improve efficiency.
- Perform any additional tasks related to the HRIS as required.
- Effectively manage and prioritize onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for new employees, addressing any onboarding-related inquiries or challenges.
- Conduct a weekly Q&A session to provide support and resolve questions for new hires.
Engage in various operational duties that relate to onboarding and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and onboarding operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Paycom is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to address challenges effectively.
