Nayya is a rapidly growing, VC-backed start-up that's revolutionizing the benefits experience platform. We're seeking an experienced Principal, Business Development to join our team and play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or business development, with a proven track record of building and managing key accounts. With 15+ years of experience in the industry, you'll be well-versed in securing enterprise customers and driving growth through renewals and product expansions.

As a Principal, Business Development, you'll work closely with our carrier and broker partners to develop and maintain high-impact relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth. Your expertise in consultative selling, partner-first approach, and ability to understand and articulate Nayya's products will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000-$210,000 for New York-based candidates, with location adjustments applied for those outside the NYC area. You'll also enjoy a dynamic work environment, collaborative culture, and opportunities for growth and development.
