Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive

Crete United is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing new business for our partners in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
  • Master the Endorsed Partner strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.
  • Be a true hunter of new business relationships and a world-class closer.
Requirements:
  • BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction/Service industry (MEP).
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
