Position Overview

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating lasting impressions for guests?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and farewell guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests by opening and holding doors as they arrive or depart
  • Help with unloading vehicles and managing luggage
  • Call for taxis as needed
  • Guide guests in exploring the local area
  • Address basic Concierge requests when necessary

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will collaborate with our Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure guests are escorted to their accommodations while assisting with their belongings. You will provide information about hotel amenities and operational hours, and respond to any inquiries regarding these services. Maintaining a designated area in the lobby, you will remain vigilant and readily available, greeting guests with courtesy and friendliness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Strong familiarity with the local area is preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent

WORKING HOURS:

This position requires flexibility, with shifts ranging from morning to evening, including weekends.
