POSITION OBJECTIVE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitate transportation arrangements for guests, including taxis and shuttles, while providing necessary directions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas to uphold a welcoming environment.
- Observe and report any unusual activities or security issues to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with front desk, bell services, and concierge teams to enhance guest service and support hotel operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the hospitality sector, is advantageous.
- Maintain a vigilant and attentive demeanor, especially during busy periods.
- Ability to manage entrance telephone inquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
- Proficient in communicating directions to local attractions and services.
- Capable of answering questions and offering assistance regarding hotel services and local amenities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy luggage and items, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
