Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Qualify, sell, and close Retail and Consumer Goods opportunities using Services solutions assets and repeatable, packaged offerings.
  • Industry Partnerships: Identify key industry-specific partners to enable solutions specific to Retail and Consumer Goods.
  • Digital Transformation: Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry to introduce how other workloads could enable digital transformation areas that is aligned with the customer's industry and turns opportunities into deals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities, drive incremental revenue growth, and build pipeline.
  • Customer Relationships: Interface with customers and build relationships via social selling, applying Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to determine the quality of the opportunity and whether to proceed.
Requirements
  • Sales and Technical Expertise: Has both sales and technical acumen in Microsoft technologies, understanding customers' fundamental technical requirements and articulating those to solution architects and to explain the Microsoft technical solution to the customer.
  • Sales Excellence: Collaborates with partners and resources, leveraging customer insights or industry knowledge, and contributes to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.
  • Business Planning: Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for accounts in the assigned territory.
