Job Summary

We are looking for a Consulting Account Executive with a passion for developing and winning market-making opportunities that deliver customer value and enable transformational business outcomes for our customers in the Retail and Consumer Goods Industry. As an experienced consulting seller, this role will give you the opportunity to accelerate your career growth, growing your solution area expertise, developing leads, qualification of strategic opportunities and ownership through to successful deal closure, leveraging cutting-edge solutions for the biggest Retail and Consumer Goods customers that grow cloud consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution
    • Qualify, sell, and close Retail and Consumer Goods opportunities, using Services solutions assets and repeatable, packaged offerings wherever possible
    • Identify key industry-specific partners to enable solutions specific to Retail and Consumer Goods
    • Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry to introduce how other workloads could enable digital transformation areas that is aligned with the customer's industry and turns opportunities into deals
  • Scaling and Collaboration
    • Apply the orchestration model to leverage and expand relationships with internal stakeholders and partners (e.g., Enterprise Operating Unit)
    • Navigate the Microsoft organization to bring the best impact to the customer
  • Sales and Technical Expertise
    • Has both sales and technical acumen in Microsoft technologies
    • Understands customers fundamental technical requirements and articulates those to solution architects and to explain the Microsoft technical solution to the customer
  • Sales Excellence
    • Collaborate with partners and resources and leverage customer insights or industry knowledge
    • Contribute to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation
