Requirements
  • Nursing Home Administrator License: Possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in long-term care management.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and quality improvement initiatives, as well as strong financial acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
