Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing customer service operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service principles, analytical reporting, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Manage multiple departmental mailboxes and assign tasks accordingly.
  • Maintain daily work audits to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Assist with sector and departmental reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the Canteen website inquiries and 1-800 line to provide timely support.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management to drive business insights.
  • Develop new methodologies to drive efficiencies within the department.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of customer service and reporting experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Access is a must.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills to frame complex scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to problem-solve and shift between the big picture and details to make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to lead and train with a proactive and positive approach.
