Regional Insurance Business Development Director

Harrison Gray Search and Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Regional Insurance Business Development Director to lead and grow our insurance business in the Northeast region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and success in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a focus on property & casualty and life/health insurance. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and business partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service and drive results
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
