Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our enterprise open source sales team in the Americas region. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a distributed team environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time
