Job Title: Senior Regional Performance Manager

At Urban Land Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence across our regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Performance Managers to achieve exceptional results and exceed business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
