Job Description


The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and managing complex, high-value partnerships between Rma & Risk Management Association and pharmaceutical companies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with senior executives and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also have experience in project management, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects. Additionally, they should have knowledge of university operations and administration.

Requirements


To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Life Science Bachelor's degree and ten years of progressively responsible experience in project management. A PhD or PharmD in life sciences is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated work history in life sciences or the pharma industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Certification in project management, such as PMP, is also desirable. We offer a competitive salary of $215,129 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
