Job Overview

Insight Global Healthcare is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Analyst to provide second-level support for standard software and hardware, as well as ordering and support for handheld devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for end-users, utilizing strong diagnostic evaluation and communication skills.
  • Order and support handheld devices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Enable and activate CSOS Certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and diagnose end-user needs, providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Respond to and resolve issues or complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on technical support and customer service.
  • Strong technical skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
