Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, administration, and ongoing management of our Docebo LMS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Administration: Lead the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our Docebo LMS to ensure seamless user experience and efficient system performance.
  • Integration and Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and integrate with internal platforms, and partner with internal groups to implement these solutions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completion, and user engagement to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • System Integration and Webhooks: Implement and manage integrations between the LMS and various external systems using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data exchange and functionality.
  • Data Management and Security: Oversee the security, storage, and integrity of data within the LMS, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and best practices.
  • Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards to track user progress, course effectiveness, and system usage, utilizing data to provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Customization and Feature Enhancement: Customize the LMS to meet specific organizational needs, including layout, user experience, and additional functionalities.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Address and resolve complex technical issues related to the LMS, integrations, and data management, providing advanced technical support to users.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users and stakeholders on LMS features, integrations, and data reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and administering an LMS (preferably Docebo), with a strong emphasis on system integrations and data management.
  • Skills: Expertise in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and webhooks; proficiency in data management, security protocols, and compliance requirements; advanced skills in generating complex reports and analytics using products such as Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to manage technical challenges, excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills, and the ability to take initiative to follow-up with internal key stakeholders and report project progress/completion.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Absorb, Cornerstone); prior experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, MUSE, etc.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards; background in instructional design or e-learning content development is a plus.
