Technical Product Owner (Learning Management Systems - Docebo)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Product Owner to oversee our Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective configuration, administration, and continuous enhancement of our LMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • LMS Management: Spearhead the setup, administration, and ongoing support of the Docebo LMS.
  • Integration & Automation: Discover and implement opportunities for automation and integration with internal systems, collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and assess reports on LMS performance, course completion rates, and user engagement metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvements.
  • System Integration: Manage the integration of the LMS with external systems (such as HRIS and CRM) utilizing APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Data Security: Ensure the security, storage, and integrity of LMS data, adhering to data protection regulations and best practices.
  • Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor user progress and system utilization, leveraging data for actionable insights.
  • Customization: Tailor the LMS to align with specific organizational requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality.
  • Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues related to the LMS and provide advanced support to users.
  • Training Materials: Create comprehensive training resources and documentation for users and stakeholders regarding LMS features and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and administering an LMS, with a focus on system integrations and data management.
  • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and webhooks.
  • Strong background in data management, security protocols, and compliance.
  • Advanced skills in generating complex reports and analytics using BI tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with various LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Absorb, Cornerstone).
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Workato or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards.
  • Background in instructional design or e-learning content development is advantageous.
