Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap reflecting customer needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
    • Engage with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams, to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Ensure synchronization between product development activities and business goals.
    • Act as the primary liaison for all product-related communications.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, progress, and upcoming releases.
  • Backlog Management:
    • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to maximize the development team's focus on high-value features.
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development:
    • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
    • Conduct market research and user interviews to discern patient needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Analyze competitive products and industry trends to inform strategic product decisions.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against them.
    • Collect and analyze user feedback and data to drive iterative product improvements.
    • Ensure products adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the healthcare or patient services sector.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare processes and patient service dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering superior products.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
