At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated Expert Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team in Wheaton. As an Expert Respiratory Care Specialist, you will provide essential respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering respiratory therapy treatments and assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote positive health outcomes.
  • Educating patients and families on respiratory care techniques to empower informed decision-making.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possession of current RRT certification and state license.
  • Experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel or per-diem role.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and patients.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare environments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to accommodate patient needs.
