We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team in providing an intensive therapeutic program for pediatric care. Our therapists work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success.

Job Description:

Speech-Language Pathologist

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Blue Bird Day, you will be responsible for implementing an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing an intensive therapeutic program for pediatric care
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy services to clients aged 2-6 years old
  • Collaborating with clients' families to support development and caregiver success

Education Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology is preferred. Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus.
