Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective physical therapy services to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating functional performance abilities of patients and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing physical therapy interventions, including modalities and exercises, to help patients achieve maximum independence.
  • Supervising physical therapy support personnel and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and submitting charges in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or subacute programs.
  • Active Illinois therapy license to practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$115,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, and lifecycle benefits.

About the Role:

This is a PRN position with opportunities to work at various locations within our network, including Wheaton, Downers Grove, Palos Heights, Elmhurst, Homer Glen, and Oak Brook Terrace.
