About the Role:We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Application Engineer / Sales Manager to expand our presence throughout Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, including sales forecasts, expense budgets, and region-specific strategies.
- Actively prospect for new market segments and distributors, while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, offering technical support and ensuring product success and loyalty.
- Provide technical training, guidance, and post-sale support on product installation and maintenance.
- Produce regular sales reports, tracking progress towards goals and identifying future opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to expand your network and promote our innovative products.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical equipment sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
