Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of the commercial banking industry and our company's products and services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Credit Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze credit requests, evaluate creditworthiness, and make recommendations for loan approvals or declinations.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, ensuring timely payments, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services.
- Reporting and Compliance: Compile and analyze reports to monitor asset quality, credit risk, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of credit analysis experience, plus an additional year as a Credit Specialist or equivalent work-related experience.
