About the Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team at KWSM, a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing agency. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading the execution of client strategies and driving the performance of our campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing clients and executing strategic plans, as well as a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing best practices. You will enjoy a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days working from home, as well as every other Friday off.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for assigned clients
  2. Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance and meet client goals
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an agency setting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including landing page optimization, email marketing, social media, and digital ads
