Company Overview
Who is Costa Farms? We are among the largest horticultural producers globally, yet we maintain a humble approach to our expansive operations.

Our headquarters are located in Miami, Florida, where we were established in 1961.

Starting with just 30 acres, Costa Farms has expanded to over 5,000 acres worldwide over the past six decades.

We operate farms in North and South Carolina, Central and South Florida, and the Dominican Republic, along with an office in China.

Currently, Costa Farms employs nearly 6,000 professionals, including engineers, marketers, accountants, analysts, human resources experts, and, of course, growers and plant scientists. At Costa Farms, we embody the values of H3: being Humble, staying Hungry, and always Hustling.

Our team is united by the mission of being a lean, green, growing machine dedicated to enhancing the world by integrating plants into everyday life.

True to this mission, we cultivate over 1,500 plant varieties.

Fueled by innovation, our team continually tests new plants and develops solutions to simplify the experience for retailers and plant enthusiasts.
