    • Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to attract top talent.
    • Source and screen candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Employee Relations
    • Maintain positive employee relations by providing excellent customer service and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
    • Conduct benefits enrollment and open enrollment meetings.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment laws and benefits laws.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
