We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Intermediate Care (IMCU) with Johnston-Willis Hospital to promote growth and unlock possibilities. We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Intermediate Care for our team to be an innovator. HCA Healthcare partners with Harvard Pilgrim Institute and the CDC to use our data from more than 26 million patient encounters each year to impact the industry. We are seeking an experienced RN who is ready to take that next career step up into a nursing leadership position as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Intermediate Care Unit. In this role you will mentor and support your team to achieve the best outcomes as they provide direct nursing care to adult patients who are acutely ill and recovering from a wide variety of nonsurgical medical and post-surgical conditions.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
Assist with staff scheduling.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
~ 3+ years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
~1 year of leadership experience in a hospital setting preferred.
