We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Westlake Chemical Corporation. In this role, you will work closely with distributors to expand the volume and mix of products in the building products sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales, mix, and profitability targets in their assigned sales territory. This will involve establishing strong relationships with dealers and contractors, analyzing sales statistics, and providing intelligence to the marketing department.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products sector. They will also possess strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

This is a field-based role that requires 70% travel on average, with the ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week and spend several hours per day riding in automobiles.
