Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their inquiries and needs.
  • Support event preparations, including setting up equipment and arranging signage as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in event areas, ensuring compliance with venue standards.
  • Provide information about events, facilities, and amenities to guests.
  • Guide guests to various locations, including seating areas, restrooms, and concession stands.
  • Address guest questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with event personnel and vendors to facilitate seamless event operations.
  • Assist in managing crowds to promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold a high level of professionalism and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old (age requirements may vary based on local regulations).
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to solve problems and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and participate in physical activities for extended periods.
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
