Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the NOA Communications team and publishing partners to develop goals for third-party communications programs, including influencer marketing, social media marketing, and public relations.
  2. Analyze gaming industry insights, summarize findings, and provide project management support to enable marketing insight development and campaign execution.
  3. Evaluate results on an ongoing basis, adjusting and innovating to continuously improve ROI.
  4. Develop and prepare trend reports to communicate strategic marketing opportunities and propose recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Report regularly to leadership on project status and key KPIs.
  6. Lead an executional team responsible for reviewing and identifying third-party marketing beats to drive engagement on NOA social media channels and with traditional media targets.
  7. Supervise daily work and ongoing development of assigned staff, championing team health and morale.
  8. Build and maintain strong external relationships with development and publishing partners to align on complimentary strategies and deliver best-in-class work.
  9. Collaborate with channel owners across Nintendo of America, including social media, public relations, influencer, and editorial teams.
  10. Spearhead the development and implementation of tools and processes that optimize the team's ability to deliver on goals effectively and efficiently.
  11. Supervise strategic integration of 3rd party titles into the full breadth of Nintendo of America's communications channels.
  12. Set strategy and prioritization for 3rd party communications calendar.
  13. Closely monitor current events within and outside the industry to ensure timely comms management, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to craft proactive and reactive messaging as needed.
