Job Overview

INVIZ is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated 3D/VFX Production Coordinator to spearhead our post-production initiatives across a diverse range of projects, including promotional trailers, highlight reels, advertisements, social media content, animations, and visual effects. This position is perfect for an individual with a robust network in the 3D and VFX sectors, combined with exceptional project management capabilities and a dedication to producing top-tier content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee post-production projects, guaranteeing timely and superior delivery of promotional trailers, advertisements, social media content, animations, and visual effects.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3D and VFX vendors, utilizing a strong network of industry contacts to secure the finest talent for our projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and creative direction.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with 3D and VFX vendors, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Track project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed punctually and to the highest standards.
  • Provide both creative and technical insights to elevate the quality and impact of post-production outputs.
  • Address any challenges that arise during post-production, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and creative teams, to ensure post-production efforts align with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in post-production, VFX, and 3D workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing post-production projects, particularly in promotional trailers, advertisements, social media content, animations, and VFX.
  • A well-established network of contacts within the 3D and VFX industries.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, with experience in sourcing and managing vendor partnerships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality control across all post-production outputs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to lead teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle stress, with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in post-production, with a focus on VFX and 3D coordination.
