Position Summary

The role of Aseptic Production Supervisor is crucial in guaranteeing the safety, quality, and effectiveness of medications. Your leadership will uphold rigorous standards and promote continuous enhancement in line with Empower's values. You will guide a proficient team to maintain excellence in pharmaceutical production and contribute significantly to healthcare outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees the manufacturing of products, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance benchmarks.
  • Creates shift schedules and manages daily operations.
  • Establishes and upholds standard operating procedures.
  • Designs workflow processes to improve manufacturing capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors production progress and identifies downtime.
  • Analyzes and resolves issues, suggesting process enhancements.
  • Trains and develops team members.
  • Provides results-driven leadership.
  • Conducts performance assessments and manages disciplinary actions.
  • Engages in the recruitment process.
  • Fosters a positive organizational culture.

Experience and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compounding Pharmacy or manufacturing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a regulated environment.
  • Preferred 3 years of supervisory experience.
