Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, sanitize, and operate aseptic filling machinery in accordance with established protocols.
  • Oversee the maintenance of supplementary equipment, including printers and weighing systems.
  • Track equipment performance, complete necessary documentation, and conduct quality assurance checks.
  • Ensure availability of required materials for production and adhere to scanning protocols.
  • Accurately load packaging materials and monitor the operational efficiency of machines.
  • Perform system evaluations, execute packaging trials, and uphold sterile environments.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Follow safety guidelines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Completion of Better Process Control School (BPCS) training is preferred.
