We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker (Commercial Lending) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, analyzing client relationships, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Provide credit, deposit, and other banking services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze client risks and profitability to ensure ongoing profitability and adherence to credit terms.
  • Solicit the sale of additional products and services to clients, leveraging your knowledge of bank products and commercial lending techniques.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to expand business and increase revenue.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industrial, economic, and financial situations affecting assigned clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of commercial lending, credit associated lending, and bank sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of bank products, credit, and commercial lending techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
