We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Del Mar, CA. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, providing exceptional client service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain client relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Provide tailored banking solutions to meet clients' needs, including credit, deposit, and other banking services.
  • Analyze client risks and profitability to ensure ongoing profitability and compliance with credit terms.
  • Solicit the sale of additional products and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to expand business and increase revenue.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions to meet clients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industrial, economic, and financial situations affecting assigned clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of commercial lending, loan management, and bank sales experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of bank products, credit, commercial lending, and loan management techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and bank products.
