About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Global Events Department at ISMG - Information Security Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies that drive increased attendance and expand our audience reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience segments and result in increased event attendee rates.
  • Create and manage digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, video, PPC/SEO, and other channels to drive event registration.
  • Utilize nurture campaign tactics to reduce attendance attrition and improve overall event performance.
  • Tailor and package promotional content for effective and engaging delivery via email and other campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our graphic design team to oversee the production of creative assets used for enhanced brand recognition and marketing.
  • Analyze event campaign results and optimize accordingly to improve performance and drive desired results.
  • Present comprehensive campaign reports and performance analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Enable our Event Sales teams to effectively position and close event sponsorships by aligning on audience engagement efforts and providing event briefs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Events, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Inbound Marketing/Event Marketing.
  • Experience deploying and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of inbound digital marketing strategies, including SEO, keyword search, programmatic, email marketing, social media management/advertising, blog posts, video, and more.
  • Technical proficiency with related digital marketing tools, such as CRM, automation software, databases, and coding/HTML skills.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience aligning creative content copy across various channels.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience analyzing data.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
