The Demand Generation Marketing Lead at Neota plays a crucial role in crafting and executing initiatives aimed at generating inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and enhancing marketing's impact on the sales pipeline. This position collaborates closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and Neota's leadership, and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing demand generation initiatives tailored to Neota's target demographics, including new personas, to expand the prospect database and drive inbound leads.
  • Creating sales and customer enablement resources such as case studies, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Overseeing and optimizing HubSpot, Neota's primary customer and prospect data management tool, ensuring adherence to best practices and developing insightful reporting.
  • Generating consistent thought leadership content focused on no-code automation and innovation to strengthen the Neota brand and establish it as a key resource in the industry.
  • Managing and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance demand generation and overall brand visibility.
  • Planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including webinars and sponsorships, aligning activities with business objectives and budget considerations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Serving as a primary marketing liaison for the sales and customer success teams.
  • Supporting Neota's leadership on strategic initiatives and objectives.
  • Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of demand generation efforts to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining and refining lead generation processes and metrics, implementing new methodologies as necessary.
  • Facilitating consistent messaging and positioning across global markets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Technology marketing with a proven record in demand generation.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, SEM, social media).
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with an emphasis on SEO best practices.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
