Strategic Talent Operations Partner

About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Operations Partner to join our Enterprise organization. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of four days on-site per week. In this position, you will support the design and delivery of execution strategies for broad change initiatives, partnering with key Talent teams and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver execution strategies for broad change initiatives, partnering with key Talent teams and business leaders.
- Coach functional partners on managing performance feedback, leadership development, and conflict management with their teams.
- Partner with central Talent partners, Talent Business Partners, and key stakeholders to develop and implement scalable calibration, compensation, and development processes.
- Provide guidance and advising on best practices to support managers on effectively managing, evaluating, and growing individual performance and development.
- Advise and consult in the resolution of employee relations concerns by partnering with employees and managers to recommend effective, equitable, and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a direct business-facing support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to build productive relationships and influence all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, manipulate data as it relates to the HR function.
- Advanced skills/experience with Microsoft or Google Office Suite of tools - Excel and Sheets specifically.
