Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Accounts Manager to join our team at Kagome Inc. This is a key role that will be responsible for maintaining and growing profitable sales with new and existing accounts in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2B2C sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through line extensions and account penetration
  • Target and prioritize new business opportunities to align with Kagome's goals and strategies
  • Develop and grow internal and external business relationships to maximize success
  • Follow the Sales Process and Prospecting Process to reach and close top prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Kagome Leadership to drive business growth and success
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of successful B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Food Science with emphasis in Business or Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to integrate written and verbal skills into the sales process
  • Ability to understand and analyze business, with ability to recommend and implement change for improvement and growth
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to effectively promote Kagome within the Industry
