As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the chance to create an exceptional and unforgettable experience for our valued guests. You will welcome and assist guests, both in person and over the phone, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your friendly and timely check-in and check-out process will contribute to a memorable stay for every guest.

What we're looking for:Have a valid driver's license - In addition to Front Desk duties, at times you may be required to fill the role of the Shuttle Driver
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions with ease
Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
