Community Sales Manager

Ashton Woods is a leading home builder in the United States, known for its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Community Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating product offerings, building processes, and financing plans to prospects and buyers.
- Stay up-to-date on community information, including schools, utilities, tax information, shopping, local employment centers, and recreation areas.
- Develop and deliver strong sales presentations to prospective buyers, consistent with company training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Lead Management System.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to generate referral sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Four-year degree in Sales or Marketing from an accredited college or university.
- Five years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required for business travel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
The Community Sales Manager will work in a typical office environment, with occasional travel to various locations for sales activity. The position requires walking, standing, and the ability to use standard office equipment.
