Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing at Intuition Machines, you will take charge of crafting and implementing growth strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention, particularly within developer communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise, implement, and assess experiments to enhance traffic and user engagement, ensuring that hCaptcha is recognized as the leading ML security platform, driving qualified leads and activated sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to track, analyze, and report on essential performance metrics for hCaptcha web assets, providing data-driven insights for ongoing enhancements.
  • Oversee partnerships with external entities to facilitate co-marketing efforts, referral collaborations, and additional initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new opportunities and refine current strategies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing web experiences for a sizable organization.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys, with an emphasis on conversions and user experience.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth methodologies, where the product itself plays a pivotal role in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and associated challenges.
  • Outstanding writing and communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Solid grasp of SEO and related strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, encompassing content marketing, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. Skilled in extracting data and generating reports within CRM systems, Redash, etc.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and developing scripts for marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and strategies.
