Position/Title: Email Marketing Strategist

Department: Marketing

Required Time Commitment: Full Time, eligible for paid time off (PTO), 401K benefits and medical benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

*The following tasks are indicative and not exhaustive of all duties performed in this role.

  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive email marketing initiatives, including strategy development, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Regularly design, update, and assess customer journeys and automated workflows utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, remaining informed on industry best practices to provide data-driven insights.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with external agencies to enhance the efficiency of automated marketing efforts.
  • Facilitate the successful execution of communication strategies aimed at enriching the brand experience for clients.
  • Manage the editing and publication of blog content on the company website, including SEO-focused articles and patient outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Digital, and Channel Marketing teams to ensure alignment with communication strategies and achievement of performance metrics.
  • Work in partnership with the VP of Marketing and Senior Content Marketing Manager to address all marketing and communication requirements.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Proficient in managing campaigns through a CRM platform, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong public speaking presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Adept at quickly prioritizing tasks and resolving issues.
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce.
