About Our Pets Hotel

PetSmart's Pets Hotel is a safe, fun, and reliable home away from home for pets. As a Pets Hotel Manager, you'll oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring a great experience for our furry guests and their parents.

About Your Role

You'll lead the team in customer engagement, safety, and team leadership. This includes:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with pets and pet parents, ensuring a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Safety: Foster a happy, healthy, and clean environment for pets and associates, with regular policy audits.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of dedicated Pets Hotel associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
About Your Career

The California pay range for this position is from $23.36 to $42.04 per hour. Exact rate of pay will be based on store location, position, and experience level. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the minimum wage. This position is also eligible for benefits as described at https://www.petsmart.com/careers.
